Il 28 il Club Amici della Stampa presenta “Pasolini, un caso mai chiuso” dell’avvocato Stefano Maccioni
Il delitto Pasolini, consumato all’idroscalo di Ostia nella notte tra il primo ed il due novembre del 1975, a distanza di 48 anni fa ancora discutere e solleva infiniti interrogativi. Avvolto in una coltre di misteri, omissioni, depistaggi e ripetuti tentativi di insabbiamento, rimane uno dei maggiori gialli italiani che attendono ancora di essere risolti.
Del “caso Pasolini” si parlerà il 28 ottobre alle ore 17.30 nella sala consiliare del Comune di Orvieto in occasione della presentazione del libro dell’avvocato Stefano Maccioni, colui che ha chiesto la riapertura delle indagini sull’omicidio del regista, poeta e scrittore italiano.
Il volume “Pasolini, un caso mai chiuso”, Round Robin Editrice, sarà presentato dall’avvocato Maccioni nel corso di una intervista con l’autrice Rosella Lisoni, studiosa ed esperta dell’opera pasoliniana.
L’incontro è promosso dal Club Amici della Stampa e da Unitre. Introdotta da Claudio Lattanzi e con il saluto istituzionale del presidente del Consiglio comunale Umberto Garbini e del presidente di Unitre Riccardo Cambri, l’intervista sarà intervallata da letture di alcuni brani del volume da parte di Anna Maria Fausto docente Unitus, di Alberto Romizi vice presidente di Unitre e performance di Pietro Benedetti, attore, regista e narratore di comunità.
L’evento, ad ingresso libero, cercherà di ricomporre il puzzle di un caso irrisolto, mettendo in luce verità
scomode che l’avvocato racconterà fornendo prove documentali e testimonianze importanti.
L’incontro svelerà le ragioni che hanno condotto il regista Stefano Grieco, amico e collaboratore di Pasolini, e il suo legale – l’avvocato Stefano Maccioni – a chiedere la riapertura del caso dopo 48 anni dall’uccisione di colui che ha scritto la storia della letteratura del 900, lottando con “le armi della poesia” esponendosi sempre in prima persona e “gettando il suo corpo nella lotta”. Al termine dell’incontro sarà possibile aderire al Club Amici della stampa.

Questa storia è un soggetto perfetto per un legal thriller ma, come spesso accade, la realtà ha superato di gran lunga la fantasia. Le vicende più controverse e mai chiarite sulla morte di Pier Paolo Pasolini sono raccolte e presentate in questo volume. Vecchi fascicoli, quasi dimenticati, vengono riaperti da un avvocato, una criminologa e un giornalista che provano a ricomporre il puzzle di un caso irrisolto facendo un salto indietro nel tempo di quasi mezzo secolo. Sono prove documentali e testimonianze a disposizione degli inquirenti, ma mai messe assieme per un confronto. La notizia non lascia dubbi, e sarà l’avvocato – e autore di questo libro – a richiedere e ottenere la riapertura del caso mettendo gli inquirenti di fronte a un sistema di potere consolidato.

On the 28th, the Friends of the Press Club presents ‘Pasolini, a case never closed’ by lawyer Stefano Maccioni
The Pasolini murder, which took place at the Ostia Seaplane Base on the night between November 1 and 2, 1975, still raises questions and remains shrouded in a cloak of mystery, omissions, cover-ups, and repeated attempts to bury the truth, making it one of Italy’s greatest unsolved mysteries waiting to be unraveled even after 48 years. On October 28th at 5:30 PM, the “Pasolini case” will be discussed in the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Orvieto during the presentation of lawyer Stefano Maccioni’s book, the one who has requested the reopening of the investigation into the murder of the Italian director, poet, and writer. The book, “Pasolini, a case never closed,” published by Round Robin Editrice, will be presented by lawyer Maccioni during an interview with the author Rosella Lisoni, a scholar and expert on Pasolini’s work.
The event is promoted by the Friends of the Press Club and Unitre. Introduced by Claudio Lattanzi, and with the institutional greetings of the President of the City Council Umberto Garbini and the President of Unitre Riccardo Cambri, the interview will be interspersed with readings of excerpts from the book by Anna Maria Fausto, a Unitus professor, by Alberto Romizi, Vice President of Unitre, and performances by Pietro Benedetti, an actor, director, and community storyteller.
This free-admission event aims to piece together the puzzle of an unsolved case, shedding light on uncomfortable truths that lawyer Maccioni will reveal, providing documentary evidence and important testimonies. The meeting will unveil the reasons that led director Stefano Grieco, a friend and collaborator of Pasolini, and his lawyer, Stefano Maccioni, to request the reopening of the case 48 years after the murder of the man who wrote the history of 20th-century literature, fighting with the “weapons of poetry,” always putting himself on the front lines and “throwing his body into the struggle.” At the end of the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to join the Friends of the Press Club.
THE BOOK
This story is a perfect subject for a legal thriller, but, as often happens, reality far surpasses fiction. The most controversial and never-clarified events surrounding the death of Pier Paolo Pasolini are collected and presented in this volume. Old, almost forgotten files are reopened by a lawyer, a criminologist, and a journalist who attempt to piece together the puzzle of an unsolved case by taking a step back almost half a century. These are documentary evidence and testimonies available to investigators but never put together for comparison. The news leaves no doubt, and it will be the lawyer, also the author of this book, who will request and obtain the reopening of the case, confronting investigators with an entrenched power system.
